I do love Fat boy products, they have great design and overall quality BUT terrible, TERRIBLE-TERRIBLE service. Ok - No service at all. I think this is problem of american office. FB pretty decent in europe. Just got a lamzac I ordered from this company in early april the return policy changed after I ordered it to insure that Fatboy keeps the majority of my money. DO NOT buy anything online from these people.
