I have enjoyed the Fatboy beanbag for 3 years - the comfort is just unbeatable (sticky plastic floaties are a thing of the past). Totally worth the upgrade. I had an issue a few weeks ago with a rip in the bottom and they replaced it with a new one, no questions asked. Simply amazing. Kudos to their customer service and B2B team (Andy and Veronika). It's great to know there are brands that stand behind their service and quality promise.
I purchased a Fatboy Lamp on Amazon, and unfortunately, it stopped working just eight months after I bought it. I reached out to Fatboy USA and was lucky to be assisted by Victoria. She was absolutely amazing—responsive, kind, and kept me updated every step of the way. My issue was resolved within just a few days! Recently purchased and received our large Paletti outdoor couch and couldn't be happier! Such high quality materials and component construction. Also love the simple assembly approach and ability to easily clean the covers if necessary. Fatboy Rocks!
I do love Fat boy products, they have great design and overall quality BUT terrible, TERRIBLE-TERRIBLE service. Ok - No service at all. I think this is problem of american office. FB pretty decent in europe. I wish they would kick this people and find somebody else to distribute their products I had an order which I find not really working for me- I was asked to pay return which sound bit weird these days, but ok - Till I saw the price to return - which was pretty much half of the cost of the product...
