I ride a Colnago bike and was having issues with a loud sounding noise from what I believed to be the bottom crank. I went into Fat Tire and spoke with Frank, it is not the norm for someone to be attentive. Frank was mindful, kind and attentive regarding my concerns. Frank was able to locate the parts, fix the bike (bearings) and return it within a reasonable time. The staff is also great and attentive. The best part the cost was within my budget. Great job.
Sharon was such a huge help, knowledgeable and honest! We went to a few other local shops but was not like here, Fat tire cycles had more options and great customer service! Found the bike i needed perfect for me and in the range i was going for. Thank you again and i will be back for my free time ups and my daughters new big girl bike:)
