Eric was very very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. we bought our first bike for our son on roll back at Walmart and regret going there. He helped us air up the tires and inform us on the brakes and gave us good information on how and when to pump the tires we’re extremely appreciative and grateful!
Came in as inexperienced rider, and the service department was very nice explained things to me patiently. Plus took care of me in a timely way. Definitely coming back and I recommend anyone who wants to start riding or need any service to stop by and speak to them.
Took my bike in and they had it fixed within a half hour while I waited. Excellent job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend
Purchased a Jamis gravel bike last weekend. Great buying experience. Eric and the guys made sure that I tried all options before settling on a bike. They even built the bike in my size that afternoon so I could go ride the next morning! And they threw in a new bike pump! Not enough great things about these guys.
These guys are legit!!! They ordered my bike with no time.It came quick and then they gave me customer service on top of that.These guys were good.
