Fat panda has a predatory policy in where you cannot return vape juice even if unopened. My wife accidentally bought the wrong flavor and when she asked for a refund minutes after purchase they refused her due to their policy that "all vape juice is final sale" I understand not taking refund when it's opened and the government seal is broken but you should have the right as a consumer to return an unused product. I went in there having a lot of questions about a few different things one of the employees Marshall, spelt with 2 L’s by the way… Gave me a very good experience a ton of good information and really seemed to care about my wants needs definitely recommend And will be a returning customer!
