Updated: my contractor contacted them back again. He talked with someone and sent then pictures. They some guy called me while I was at the doctor's office. I called him back and left voice mail. HE NEVER CALLED BACK!. Attached proof my contractor called. I had my roof inspected by two different roofing contractors and they both said it was wind/hail damaged. I attached proof my contractor called. I had my roof inspected by two different roofing contractors and they both said it was wind/hail damaged. My insurance company denied the claim so my roofing contractor (A Plus Roofing) left these people a voicemail about using their services. He said they never called him back. I would have tried to contact them, but if they did not call him back I would not think they would contact me either.
They were very helpful through our difficult process. I highly recommend.
