On July 27th I woke up to 1 inch of water in my living room and kitchen. Fat Ox took a very stressful situation and made it less stressful. Can not say enough about the office staff and especially my adjuster Austin. He was very patient with all my questions, knowledgeable and always available any time of the day. I will definitely use again if needed. Thank you to everyone at Fat Ox.

I called Fat Ox after a tree hit our home in a storm. I thoroughly explained my situation and asked if they could help me. It’s a rental home, so it was of most importance that I get this house up and ready for a renter. This didn’t seem to be a problem at all when I spoke to them on the phone. I e-signed the paperwork. I sent photos of all the damage. The house was under repair for said damage, this was thoroughly explained and it did not seem to be a problem for them. Not really sure what to think about this company. I had a difficult time getting them to call me back in the first place. Finally, the owner did call me and I agreed to use them. A month after I signed paperwork, they sent out a guy to inspect my roof. A month after that, they tell me my insurance company wouldn't budge and that I need to get an attorney to proceed further. Edit: after my review the owner gave me a call to let me know they still didn’t have the checks because they had not been following up with the carrier, something I had previously asked them to do many times. He took absolutely no personal responsibility even with lost checks and months of delays. He asked I update this review with pictures of my new roof, here is one of my non existent roof because they still have not gotten the claim paid out. Terrible company, fraudulent and scammers! Do NOT use this company!! Lack of professionalism, lack of communication, lack of accountability. They lost our approval for our kitchen to be replaced by insurance (which was already approved prior to their “negotiations” with our strange adjuster. Now, we have been calling and emailing for months demanding our money that was already approved for the kitchen be returned and they refuse to respond to any of our requests!
