Tim at Freedom was great to work with! Brought my tri bike in for new tires. He provided 3 different options based on price and durability. It took less than a week to get those in and get my bike back. He even put hot pink stems on to match the colors on my bike. Can’t wait to get back on knowing I’ve got a local shop that takes pride in their work and stands behind it.
Service was great. Got exactly what we came in for and they were more then willing to help with whatever we needed.
Absolutely Outstanding Bike Shop! I drove almost an hour, which is far for me, to visit this shop that I heard great things about! Professionals with a Heart, through and through. I live in the Oceanfront area, but I keep taking my bike to them with any issues I have, --though there are several bike shops closer to me, because they're THAT good. They are not only extremely knowledgeable with bikes and repairs, etc, but they are top notch in customer service, too, and have gone above and beyond each of the 4 times I've needed their service so far. I will continue taking the drive out there to them for my ebike needs :~)
I recently visited Freedom Bike Works due to a broken derailer. Upon arrival, a young man immediately approached me and offered assistance, which was a refreshing change from shops where staff must be sought out and seem reluctant to help. After I explained my needs, I was advised the repair would take a couple of weeks. However, the work was completed ahead of schedule, and they also serviced the entire bike.
