Great cycle shop! My wife and I started cycling longer distances and started having knee issues. Lou did a bike fit with the cycles we owned so as to optimize our position. He has all the equipment to do a pro level fitting but for us it we just needed to get dialed in for injury prevention. No more knee issues and set some PR on strava shortly after. Got a bike fit done with Lou. A very educational experience- with the adjustments he made, my knee pain and the tightness in my quads are now gone. Thanks for the fit and pedaling pointers to help keep my joints healthy so I can keep cycling!
