Very disappointing experience with Fat Bike Canada. I received a package with damaged items, and the customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. After multiple exchanges, their only answer was, "If the UPS claim is successful, we will ship a new one." No real effort was made to fix the issue. Extremely poor handling of complaints. I will never order from here again.

Multiple reviews are misleading bc they are written by the staff actually working for this company! (which is against Google Policy). The posted pictures are misleading bc they depict brands of bikes this business does not sell.
