Chad is seriously the best! We were referred to him by our real estate agent when we bought our first home back in 2017. He then helped us refinance that home twice during covid to lock in the best interest rate. Chad Knowles with FastTrack Mortgage provided a "pre-approval" not a prequal letter, a "pre-approval" letter that made it seem like the buyer was qualified—until 3–4 days before the financial deadline, when we suddenly learned they were not. That would have been useful information earlier. We also received no update that the appraisal had been cancelled, which was later blamed on a vague “system issue.” Apparently the system also couldn’t send an email or make a phone call.
