Customer service needs a major overhaul – I had never used Fastsigns before, but since their Salem store was on the way in my evening Dublin to Roanoke commute I thought I'd give them a try. I called on a Friday, got a price quote and an estimated turnaround of 2-3 days on vinyl window lettering.
