Not taking any new applications??? Really? Place is a joke.
Passport was lost in the mail, and Customer Service totally "cleaned their hands" of the matter. I got NO passport, lost all the money, lost all of the valuable TIME, and no support from FastPort. Save yourself the time and money, and use another service, or do it yourself, much better.

This is the first time I get an expedited passport but I can assure anyone that customer service does not get better than this place. Their prices are great and the girls are sweet. Maddie had me in and out so fast my head was spinning. Not only that, but, the passport arrived sooner than expected. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
