They were amazing!!! Our flight was delayed and then the luggage was delayed coming off due to lightning. Joshua was very patient and accommodating. We will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much for great customer service.

Terrible service! I booked a ride from the airport to Disney and got a confirmation email and text from the driver, who said he would meet me at 9:30 pm. We were there right at that time and he wasn’t there. I called the number he texted me from and I think his wife answered, who said he was still driving and would try to reach him. I tried to find a phone number for the company online (no number on their website) and the number I found was not in service. I made a reservation weeks in advance to get to the airport from my Carnival Mardi Gras cruise. Had a confirmation, with driver info, phone number, vehicle description and nothing. No show. Didn't answer. I have to pay another $160 to get to the airport. A very unpleasant inconvenience. Especially when coming back from vacation. A new driver was offered but not until 11:30 am.My original pick up time was supposeto be at 8:00am. Will not recommend this service.
