I really appreciate the dedication of Fastoolnow to customer service. I ordered a less common part for my deck from Simpson via Fastoolnow and it didn’t work out for my needs. I was surprised when Simpson refused to accept it for return, calling it a custom manufactured part even though they never told me they custom manufactured it and it arrived only a few days after I ordered it making their claim somewhat dubious.
