Jim is awesome! He’s fixed my phone screens many of times. Great guy! The only problem I have is his workers lately. Extremely rude, over quoting prices, won’t answer my call when I’m trying to ask when Jim will be back. I would give this place 5 stars if Jim was still running it
The owner Jim had been extremely helpful with my Xbox series x that is experiencing hdmi issues that neither of us have ever seen before, he has offered to redo the repair and everything just to try to get it to work and if not he offered a full refund, Microsoft is such a pain! Thanks Jim!!
I brought in my phone for a new screen. The phone had an issue after the screen was replaced. The owner was great, he stood behind his work and made it right. It meant a lot to me that they made it right without an argument. You can tell they care about their business and their customers.
