While in there numerous times I've seen him fix things for people and tell them not to worry about the fee, charge very little, and just help out of the kindness of his heart. Huge shout out to the guys here at Fast Lane. My phone screen was green and wouldn’t turn on, I brought it to a big name store and they told me I needed to replace the screen. I went ahead and bought a new phone. I brought my old phone to get things transferred (Xfinity recommended this place and said “the guy works magic). The xfinity guy wasn’t lying. My laptop stopped working randomly today so I went in to get a quote and see what was wrong. It took them 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong and fix it, free of charge. Amazing customer service and it was great how fast they were about it.
