Large selection welcoming staff
I ordered a couple pairs or shorts on May 23, 2024. They never showed up. FedEx evidently delivered to the package to the wrong address. Fasthouse said that a problem between me and FedEx. FedEx won’t communicate with me because I did not set up the shipment. Looks like I’m out $125 and Fasthouse has really done nothing to help. And yes, I would give zero stars if that was an option.
I ordered shorts and a 3 pack of socks from them August 11, 2024. It is now September 14, 2024 and no notice of shipping or anything. I have been in touch with the vendor at least 4 times trying to get them to resolve this issue. All I get is we are escalating your order to the top of the cue and our warehouse recently moved causing a backlog. It's 2024, I haven't experienced anything like this in years. Order placed 8/9/24 still no shipping information as of 8/21/24 customer service gave generic answer with no solution to the problem basically told “Hurry Up & Wait” Ps: I love how these massive shipping delays doesn’t stop them from sending emails and flooding my social media with advertisements to purchase more of their stuff 🤡 Slowhouse Speed at our convenience
