This is specific to the GTH Regina Fastfrate Warehouse. I received the best freight support on a shipment we were in desperate need of. They were quick to respond and always got a response to my questions. I did not catch the name of the person who ran the forklift to load our crates, however, he deserves a forklift driver of the year award. We had a damaged crate and he maneuvered it like it was bone China loading it for me. SlowFrate! This is already my fourth time coming to this warehouse. The service is extremely slow, and it’s completely unclear what you’re supposed to do. You go to the office, they tell you to go to the warehouse. You go to the warehouse, and they tell you to find your own shipment — but you don’t have a helmet or a reflective vest. Worse place for delivery staff is super lazy checked in 7:00am and they started unloading 10 am took 2 hours to unload
