Our experience with Fastfrate Group was extremely disappointing. A shipment of 12 pallets scheduled for delivery on February 19 did not mostly arrive until March 4, nearly two weeks late and well after a planned store opening. Communication was very poor — we were never proactively notified of delays and had to repeatedly call just to get updates, often receiving conflicting or unclear information. Don't use this service! They are scam! 6-days delivery takes a month, no one responds to phone calls or emails.
Consolidated Fast Freight is hands down one of the worst freight companies I’ve ever dealt with. They quote 6 days for delivery and then casually hold your shipment for over two weeks with zero shame, zero urgency, and zero competence. Once they have your freight, it’s essentially being held hostage. Calls and emails lead nowhere, timelines mean nothing, and accountability simply does not exist.
