The sign they put in washrooms is really disgusting and disrespectful. What if one of your own employee does that crap? Also focus on your equipments, some of your trailers are in really bad shape that it may get attention of DOT officers and drivers may get tickets. Be professional and teach some basic etiquettes to the staff working on front both windows of shipping receiving.
My experience with this company has been very bad. When I speak to dispatch, their way of speaking is very rude, and the dispatch here is very unprofessional.
