The warehouse is a mess with pallets and garbage everywhere. It always takes forever to find your shipment. They have zero way of loading anyone in the winter unless you have a semi truck. Why would they not have 1 single outdoor rated forklift so they can actually use their ramp in the winter to load customers. It’s insane how unprepared they are at all times. To get a hold of somewhere to schedule a delivery is impossible too. I’ve had 6 shipments delivered here and I will never again use them again.

I have been waiting for my package for a week and they keep changing time and the day. How i can arrange things around if they are not communicating. Bad service

This was the worst service I've ever experienced. First they made an appointment for 12-5pm which I had to take off work for and just didn't show. When I called them to find out why I was told "your order wasn't ready to be delivered." They called several days later to make another appointment from 12-5pm. Around 4:45pm I called again asking where my shipment and was the dispatch rudely responded with "its only 4:45pm." Probably the most unhelpful statement. Our construction project was delayed because these guys dont have their stuff together. Waiting 8 days when we didnt need to. Felt the manager should be fired and then i will bring rope.
