I have missed two days of work for scheduled deliveries that have not arrived. They made an appt for Thursday - no show. I called and complained on Friday and was told it would be on the next truck and to ensure someone was home. Left work and still no show. Atrocious.

One of the worst shipping companies ever. Fasfrate shipped my parcel over a month ago, and I still have not received it. There have been no proper updates or resolution, just endless waiting. Completely unreliable and very disappointing service. I would not recommend Fasfrate to anyone.

That truck driver showed up almost 5 hours late. The Driver was really rude, and unprofessional.

Fastfrate staff are unprofessional, unreliable and arrogant. They wpuld confirm that the delivery is coming, you will end up waiting and missing time off work, and they will not make the delivery. When you call the next day, it will be the same thing and they won't even apologize for missing the delivery and not letting you know. This happened three times for the same item. So incompetent and unprofessional!

The warehouse is a mess with pallets and garbage everywhere. It always takes forever to find your shipment. They have zero way of loading anyone in the winter unless you have a semi truck. Why would they not have 1 single outdoor rated forklift so they can actually use their ramp in the winter to load customers. It’s insane how unprepared they are at all times. To get a hold of somewhere to schedule a delivery is impossible too. I’ve had 6 shipments delivered here and I will never again use them again.
