Driver asked if he could use our washroom in our business which we allowed him to do so. The driver was yelling in the washroom on his phone to someone while we have employee's who are taking professional phone calls outside of the washroom door at their desks. They can't even hear our customers because this driver is on his phone while using the toilet speaking very loudly. I have missed two days of work for scheduled deliveries that have not arrived. They made an appt for Thursday - no show. I called and complained on Friday and was told it would be on the next truck and to ensure someone was home. Left work and still no show. Atrocious.

One of the worst shipping companies ever. Fasfrate shipped my parcel over a month ago, and I still have not received it. There have been no proper updates or resolution, just endless waiting. Completely unreliable and very disappointing service. I would not recommend Fasfrate to anyone.
