Total scam! Took money for electric pannel and gave fake tracking number out of *****. Why does the ** government do nothing to stop this fraud.
Ordered a compact fridge from the in Oct 30, 2022. I was given tracking #? with EcomExpress. No tracking info posted. Every attempt to contact by email,cell phone, and **** failed. I've clearly been scammed but I want BBB to protect others from my fate. I can provide data as needed. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered a shed from them for my dog, they're confirmation and to spam and then disappeared when I emailed them asking about it, there was no response. Tried to cancel, no response. Asked for tracking, no response. That's until I submitted a case with Paypal. Then they provided one that was delivered 4 days prior and upon asking **** about it, it was a tracking number for a different address. How they keep getting tracking numbers to fake people out, I don't know. But my best advice is STAY A... read more
