Awful experience. I bid on a couple items that looked great in the photos they posted. They posted only photos of the like-new looking box. After picking up I realized the item in the box was absolutely disgusting. It was not only used but used by someone roughly for a very long time. Broken and chipped and covered in dirt. How could someone in good state list this item? Especially without stating this item is completely salvage state. Its a shame that I have to give one star to this company after the way they treated my nephew. He had bid on two auctions and one the first one but never received an invoice after several attempt to get one by email and phone there was no response. I had an appointment scheduled for Monday, which she clearly forgot about and then blamed me for “messing the dates up” Despite sending a picture to confirm the date and time that we agreed on I was still there and waiting for 30 minutes while trying to call her, she finally picked up and rescheduled—without offering an apology.
