She does great with quarterly reports and payments but I gave her my business and personal taxes in February and can’t get any response back from emails, text messages or voicemails. She has all my tax documents, knows she has been holding me up from buying a house and will not complete my taxes nor communicate with me

Very rude. I called to speak with Laurie and she quickly tried rushing me off the phone saying she was on the other line and i told her i can hold and she took a deep breath an hung up which lets me know she wasnt on the other line.
