The staff is rude and unpleasant. I came in with a gift card from a fund-raising event. They refused to acknowledge the gift card and insisted that I have their own card. I wasn't given their card. Only a card from a fund raiser for the the Beacon Hill Civic Association Gala. They treated me as if I were a thief or trying to cheat them. The woman at the counter was rude. She conferred with the owner in an office, who didn't bother to come out and speak to me in person. DON'T GO THERE. Allan Warren, Marblehead, MA.
