I hired this company to move furniture out of my house and into a storage pod on my driveway before a home renovation project. I appreciate that they wrapped all my furniture in plastic wrap prior to moving. They did struggle with some of the heavier items like the fridge and my sofa and loveseat. In moving these items they damaged the frame of my door with an unsightly gouge mark and the weather stripping around the door was also damaged. Jay and Devon were amazing for my move from Midtown to Barrie. The whole day went way smoother than I expected they kept everything organized and kept me in the loop the whole time and handled the long drive without any issues. They took really good care of my stuff too. Really happy with how well the entire move process was communicated from the beginning to the end.
Had my move done on a freezing winter day and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Communication was on point the entire time, which made everything way less stressful. Ivan, Phil, and Mark were awesome and super organized, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what they were doing. I mentioned that some stuff was really delicate and they were extra careful and detailed with wrapping and handling everything. Even with the cold, they crushed it. Would 100% recommend.
I was looking for a mover for relatives who had just bought a house in Picton. We were giving them all of our extra furniture, wall art, and glasses. My movers cancelled on me last minute today and I had to be out of my condo near Sheppard Yonge by 6pm today. I called Fast Track Move about 1.5 hours before my original start time, and they still managed to squeeze me in and get a crew to me. Mark and Phil showed up ready to work, but what I appreciated most was that they didn’t rush me when I kept pointing out fragile items (a lot of my things are vintage pieces from my grandma).
