I purchased an Aflac policy through this company. They offered several policies as add-ons in the county where I work. They were very quick to sign me up and were quite helpful that day. Extremely friendly. Fast forward a year later when I actually need to use my short term disability policy and I had questions and concerns and it's like pulling teeth to get any help.
