I called and spoke with a representative on Thursday, March 28th and she advised me that I could get one sheet of paper that they forgot to print for me. Well lo and behold I called today and the manager ****************** told me I have to pay $40 to get the one sheet of paper that they forgot to give me as part of my return. He is very rude and I strongly suggest for people to go elsewhere to get their taxes done because this place is a rip off!!! Very unprofessional. Lots of mistakes on tax forms. Too expensive trying to charge it's customers $699.00 for simple tax prep. Retaliates against you by deliberately placing errors on your tax documents when you ask for the fee discounts that they advertise. Management staff equally unprofessional when you try to get your issues resolved.

Fast Tax in Baton Rouge Locations and New Orleans locations are Horrible the pricing is Outrageous and Once they get your business they do absolutely Nothing to Help you.
