Unfortunately I have not been able to get ahold of anyone at the company. The same person who filed my mothers and stepdads taxes was going to do mine. She had and still could have all my information as well as my husbands. I have reached out numerous times through text, email, and calling their office. I’ve even messaged the office on facebook.
