This company is horrible. I called to reach in to check on things for my amendment and the owner was rude, did anything to push me off and would not help me. He hung up on me and proceeded to not help look my information up. They currently owe me my amendment and I will be filing now a complaint to the IRS for fraud for this a company!
It eases my mind when I have a tax company that knows what they’re doing and I get back to maximum refund. They are very professional and I actually enjoy the tax season and Christmas advances
I have been with fast tax for 14 years and this is the worse tax season they never sent my amended return to the IRS now I have to mail in my Return I will never file my taxes with them again this is ridiculous
