I've been with the fast tax for 5 years received excellent customer service. though This year was challenging. Im just receiving my taxes, no fault to fast tax. Through my expression of frustration, they continued their great customer service.
I have been using fast texts for years. And they are very knowledgeable and respectful. However, this time around is very, very upsetting. Yes, I did have a late text return. I had to drive all the way to Palm Harbor to pick up my check now. I go to cash my check. And I'm unable to cash my check. I called several times I email several times no response onto why I am unable to cash my check. Not to mention They moved without notice and didn't inform me of their move Until now.
