This place is a scam.I’ve been trying to reach out to any office regarding an error made in my taxes and still missing a large amount I’ve been requesting the number of Ryan the person who sells the franchise and still no answer it’s absolutely disgusting file your taxes else where
I am writing a review because I hope this way someone might finally call me back. I am waiting on two checks and the corporate office has been ignoring my calls for the past week. I spoke to a gentleman who seemed to be concerned with my situation and now I am worried that this Fast Tax like the one in Gainesville, FL is a scam as well. If it turns out to be different I will change my review but as of right this place is as sketchy as the Gainesville, FL location.
This place is a scam if I could give it 0 stars I would. Please stay away they did my friends taxes and charged $1035 from his refund. They never mentioned how much and signed all paperwork themselves so that he would notice. When asked for returns they were giving the run around until they finally sent it. That’s when he noticed how much they charged . This place is a scam . SCAM stay away
