Horrible & Unprofessional! We handed our tax paperwork to this CPA mid February. Since that point there has been a major lack of communication. The CPA will not call back giving status of our return (It is now May 13 & we left multiple messages that were not returned. We don't even know if the taxes have been filed). The secretary is unable/unwilling to share any information regarding OUR taxes. She does not even know where our documents are so we are not even able to get the documents back to take to a new CPA.
