Worst settlement agent I have ever used. 6 months later and I’m still picking up pieces and trying to engage with former owner to try and complete settlement. Only dealt with Briar can’t speak for anyone else there.

This is how business should be done!! lost for words how good the customer service I received from fast settlements was, I had issues after purchasing a house and even tho it had nothing to do with Briar she help me resolve the issue. Thank you for settling my property I will definitely be back! 🙌

The team at Fast Settlements were wonderful to deal with. Briar was easy to communicate with and her can do attitude took the stress out of a really tricky and prolonged purchase. She was always available to answer any questions and made the process much easier. I highly recommend Briar and the team and will definitely use them for any future sales or purchases! They were a pleasure to deal with.
