Why is it an urgent care center if not open on the weekend? I don’t understand why it is closed on the weekend.
Don't waste your time and effort. I made a 8:06 appointment and showed up finding the door locked and another patient waiting for her 8:30. Over the next 45 minutes 3 others showed up for appointments and still nobody home at the clinic. No receptionist, no doc, nothing. You can't even get anyone on the phone. Finally went across the street to the ER and was seen shortly after checking in.
Made an appointment on line for 8:40, sitting in the parking lot. Place is locked up, not open. Only other car in the lot has an appointment for 8:05. Still waiting for them to show up and open. Got a text on my phone saying didn't show for your appointment need to reschedule. Left!!!!
My appointment went smoothly, and the wait time was excellent.
I made an appointment for my daughter at 2:30 PM, and when we arrived, the doors were locked. We waited, called multiple times, and no one ever answered or came to the door. There wasn’t even a sign posted to explain what was going on. Very unprofessional and frustrating, especially after taking the time to schedule and show up for the appointment. Communication and customer service definitely need improvement.
