August 2026: The service was very slow due to the fact that the two guys hired by this company were new and barely knew the city. They got lost at every stop requested for pick up items (all in the same NW area) which added an extra 30 minutes to my bill. They also took extra time in deciding what to do with this or that item; and moving the truck once already parked. It was a frustrating experience and very stressful.
