i don't really give reviews but this gentlemen deserves it, great guy, great customer services, thank you very much
This guy may not have the largest shop in Adelaide but he definitely has the best attitude and the most knowledge and honest sales approach that I have ever come across in my life. He was able to take apart and replace worn parts on my vintage Italian racing bike that no one else in Adelaide wanted to touch. His knowledge and expertise were literally second to none and I have been around the scene for a fair while, this guy did not try to upsell me on any parts and literally gave me most of the stuff I needed at cost price. ... read more
Poor guy has to deal with so many clowns. I saw 2 people the short time I was in there being an issue. One that couldn't speak English and that was apparently the owners fault and someone that wanted some mechanical work at a discount/haggle price. The owner does excellent work and is a very genuine honest person. Just don't go in there with 3rd world attitudes and you'll have a pleasant experience and service. I don't envy the poor guy and all the riff raff he has to deal with.
Amazing service and complete transformation of my bike! The bike had been left outside for about 12 months and Greg serviced it in a day! It's basically like Ive purchased a brand new bike for just over $200!
Thank you to folks who left reviews. Customer service is a big thing for me so I look for one star ratings when checking where to shop. I'll go to another shop.
