Had an earring pin put back in place on gold stud ball swirl earring. $49.95 expensive but I just wanted put back on. Hard to see in store but got home examined was soldered on crooked. Was easy fix didn’t need to be done so messy. Won’t be back. Take your jewelry to a real jewelry store to be repaired. Fast fixing things isn’t always best.
Got my Fossil watch fixed quickly and at a great price compared to competitors. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Absolutely terrible experience dealing with this place. I brought my watch in for a simple battery replacement, and when I got home and tried to set the time, I noticed the small hand wasn’t working properly. This is something any competent and honorable technician should have caught before handing it back to a customer. When I returned to the store a couple of days later to explain the issue and return the battery, the person I dealt with was dismissive, unhelpful, and arrogant.
