Decided to file with this company for 2025 taxes. Unfortunately can’t really say anything good about my experience. I talked to someone over the company facebook page. She never introduced herself I have no idea who filed my taxes. The communication was not there. I called and left multiple messages before they got back to me 2 days later. I applied for an advance that I have never been denied in the past and I was denied going through them. They did not let me know I was denied which goes back to the bad communication.
