The absolute worst. They take your money and make you promises. I have paid them nearly $6000 with ZERO results in fact I can't even get them to call me back at all.
Fast Eviction Service may be good for tenant problems. I can't comment on that, but when it comes to judgement collections. They couldn't get one red cent back for me. After giving them time to make some progress. I decided to try someone else. So I call to get my judgement subbed back in my name, and I was treated like a POS. hey fought my credit card dispute and my credit card sided with them because they are not lawyers and they didn't want to get too involved. Fast Evict refunded $170 of my $695 fee that they took even though they did not correctly file my eviction, and due to their incompetence and costing me a month and 1/2 of time, and now due to this coronavirus mess, they are costing me tens of thousands of dollars in lost rent. This company is negligent. I lost $77,000.00 do to this BOGUS COMPANY. Do not do business with this co. The secretary smelled like pot and so did the office. She had track marks all over her arms
