Jackie is a scram and a lair. She never return calls or even give updates about my case. It's been 6months. Jackie text me I have an update when can we meet. Then she never meets. This place is unprofessional
Jacqueline L*** took over this office sometime in June/July, after that this business went downhill quickly! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Jackie WILL STEAL IT, and nothing will get resolved. Don't go to this place because they are going to still your money, and they are going to waste your time. I scheduled an appointment with Jacqueline L**** and I paid her $600 dollars on 5/13/2021. It's been more than 5 months, and she didn't do anything. They gave excuses and they didn't even answer the phone. I filed all my documents by myself.
