After rating this business 5 stars for years despite the nasty female dispatcher I'm done. Phillip is no more, meaning there's no one to listen to our grievances. Take your money somewhere else, some drivers try to extort money from passengers making up their rates. When you refuse they tell you to get out of the car, there's no one to complain to because TLC doesn't have any out of state plates registered! Along car services pulled a driver from this base today he drive a Black Volkswagen truck Caribbean guy he made me feel really uncomfortable kept telling me I was pretty, yeah I get it okay I'm not ugly but like come on be professional get me 2 points a to point b ... I wasn't flirting with him with nothing it was just weird !! If you're a female beware of their male drivers don't make conversation or ANYTHING
