Fast Cell was very good on the phone. They even called me back after I had mis-dialed. I found a battery online and Aadil installed it for me at a reasonable price. He was terrific. I have a Motorola phone. I couldn't take the back off of it and looked online to find directions. Apparently Moto's are not a simple switchover. You need a heating pad and specific tools to just get the back off and battery out, and there are a number of wires and contacts that need to be completed.
