DRUG ADDICTS/HOMELESS ALL OVER THIS BUSINESS. THEY LET THEM DO WHATEVER THEY WANT AND ITS A PLAGUE ON THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD!!!! Shame on these businesses. Scary do not go there.
This company has a contract with the state of AZ they cannot fill the contract. 3 times I was assigned to them and all 3 times failed to show up. And when I called this company a person answered with a what do want rudely. I would suggest that anyone who has been wronged by this company file a complaint with your insurance company. I will be filling a complaint and will inform transportation not to ever assign me to them again.

How in world Mercy Care is able to schedule a ride with this company when they're not even contracted with AHCCCS/Mercy Care Health Care Group in the first place is beyond my ability to wrap my brain around the stupidity that is the only result. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SCHEDULE WITH THIS COMPANY OF IDIOTS ...
