I work in a nursing home and book transportation through Medicaid. This company has been assigned to one of my residents 3 different times & has failed to show up each time. Trip scheduled for 1/15/26, driver called and said he was in route to our location and never showed up. Family @ appt waiting for resident. Good thing none of his appointments have been major ones!
