I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the unacceptable transportation services provided by Fast Care Transportation on June 22, 2026. My aunt was picked up by Fast Care Transportation at approximately 6:00 a.m. and transported to Martha Jefferson Hospital for a medical appointment scheduled at 9:30 a.m. While she arrived for her appointment, the serious issue arose when it was time for her return transportation. I work in a nursing home and book transportation through Medicaid. This company has been assigned to one of my residents 3 different times & has failed to show up each time. Trip scheduled for 1/15/26, driver called and said he was in route to our location and never showed up. Family @ appt waiting for resident. Good thing none of his appointments have been major ones!
