Shop there for the first time last Friday no one tried to help me I had several items in my hands and asked if I could place them on a counter near the register someone that assumed worked there said it was okay. When I picked up some more items and went to check out the man at the register told me my items were in the wrong place to check out and instead of helping me he watched me move every item to the register behind the same counter. I spent $300 horrible service.
I’ve been in this store countless times, never had an issue. We are both locals, from pioneering families and we don’t normally get treated poorly. Last visit, they refused to assist us and said “You won’t find what you need here, go to Walmart.” Very disappointing that it’s turned into this kind of atmosphere, will be going to Lake and Trail USA from now on for our fishing needs.
