We have been using Bonnie for years. At the beginning of 2023 we received a notice that a W-2 was left out of our 2021 taxes. I tried bringing this to Bonnie's attention over a 2 month span by emailing her the letter and calling her office when getting no responses. When she did finally responded she told me that I must had forgotten to give it to her and she was not liable for anything.
