A couple days ago, me and my friends got caught in a terrible storm and we pulled over to the nearest option which was Fast Mart. Our car started shaking, the wind was whipping the car, and there was debri going everywhere, so we decided it would be safer inside. We got out of the car and ran to the doors where we found the doors were locked. Horrible customer service. Very rude. Disgusting bathroom .
Cashier thought she could pull one on me by saying the lottery ticket wasn't a winner. Ha!! I took a picture of the ticket before I turned it in. 50 dollar winner. She kept it. Smh. They have lost alot of people now. I take my clients there almost every day. So you lost my business and my 5 clients. And hopefully more after people read this and see how shady a person can be
I went into fas mart at 8:06pm Dec. 27th. I cant remember exactly the young man's name but he was working at the counter. As someone from out of state , I found his service to be very friendly and top notch. My family lives in this town and he re-affirmed my view that the people of Salem are friendly and nice.
