The owner did my hair and I asked her for long layers, my hair was down to my shoulders, I ended up with 3 inch layers at my crown. She did a horrible cut and did not listen to anything said I had tears in my eyes when I left and had to go have it fixed be some else. I would not recommend her to cut my dogs hair. I think she did it on purpose.
