This is the worst store I’ve ever shopped here I been shopping her for so long and they didn’t want to exchange a shirt that was there fault and removed the tag from the top and put it on the side so I won’t return it , both ladies were super rude I well not be coming back to this location ever again!

Decent fast fashion
I'm posting on my husband's account as I don't have a gmail. I'm a female shopper and have been shopping at different Fashion Q locations for years. I have never had issues with shopping at this store until I shopped at the 2 Fashion Q locations in the Valencia mall. So first of all - there are TWO Fashion Q stores at this mall which I have no idea why. I bought 4 pairs of Jeans and they all smell like Gun Powder. I tried washing them several times and they still smell horrible.
