I wanted to exchange to muscle shirts for another shirt and I read the receipt and the the final sale item were dresses, shoes, leggings, accessories, underwear, bras, hats, and scarves. So I was like ok nothing about muscle shirts. I got there and the stupid Chinese lady was like "No that final sale no!" And she kept my receipt and she refused to exchange my items.
Used to be an avid shopper... Clothes and prices are admittingly good...however bought an item at Santa fe springs location..didn't have color and size I wanted in top... So when I tried to exchange top at la Mirada location 10 hrs later..they had size n color I wanted... They wouldn't do it! Telling me to drive back to sfs...exchange..n comeback to their store with store credit...how much sense does that make..good thing I called other store cuz they don't do that...n they would not transfer item cuz they only transfer sele... read more
