I was delivered a rug with a overwhelming chemical odor. I could not possibly use it in a clients home. After MANY emails, trying to get help, I was finally sent a label. Now I have not seen any refund. This process has gone on since October. I will never purchase for myself or a client from this store again. Buyer beware. Customer service here is a JOKE and scam.

I put a bed in layaway.. paid $203, and now the place is CLOSED?!!!! How the heck do I get my money back?!! Why would no one contact me?!

I have bought several stuff from this place and overall have had a great experience to last time. I just simply needed a back board for a chest that I bought that came damaged but I never received anything to replace it or an email back. Well they are closing the location I understand the chaos and confusion it may bring but I'm disappointed in their response.

Purchased 2 twin beds for my kids told it would take 2 weeks well 2 weeks turned into 4 then when they finally come in one bed is missing a head board a guy gives my husband a headboard they had supposedly new but as soon as we get home the screws come out completely on their own and the headboard falls of on the bed (good thing my son was not on it) called and was told our original head board would be here the next week so we could exchange, it has now been another 3 weeks and about 10 calls without anybody answering
