I went to return a top I was given for Christmas with the original receipt and tags still on the item. It was past the Christmas return date but I did not expect a refund only an exchange. They refused to do anything for me. I have shopped at this store many times in the past and spent a lot of money there. I have never encountered this situation at any other stores. The least they will do is exchange. They have lost me as a customer and I will tell others about my experience.
I shop often at the Langley store. The excellent Joseph Ribkoff collection and amazing customer service keeps me coming back. You just don’t get service like this at any other store. They are truly amazing and I am a customer for life for sure.
Nice clothing ($$$) but the staff were very unfriendly and almost rude. Won’t return due to lack of friendliness and kindness.
The best shopping experience I’ve had in years! The two beauty’s that helped me were amazing! Really knew their merchandise! Thank you ladies! I’m ready for Vagas! Morgan crossing location.
