Webpage needs to be more user friendly. Most footware is found on other cites. I wanted to buy straight from the brand. Unfortunately, I couldn't.
They need some better hiring managers. First interview they were over ten minutes late. Then they told me they wanted to do a second interview and ghosted me. I followed up because people are busy, and maybe they forgot. They hit me with an "I'm out of town, so sorry, let's shoot for early next week." And got ghosted AGAIN. At least have the common decency to let me know that the job is no longer available... a thank you but no thank you... something....but to be THAT rude... My time is valuable too.
